Small grassroots charities have the most transformative impact on their communities. Often it is these charities that struggle the most with fundraising resources. We talk to so many charity CEOs, church leaders and project managers who are not only leading the vision and charitable programmes, but also doing the majority of the fundraising. You know your charity best and often this leads to good fundraising results, but it can also lead to very real burnout! Would you like us to help you?
We exist to support small charities.
While the majority of our charity partnerships are long-term retainers and larger contracts, we recognise that not every charity has the budget or the confidence to partner with us in this way.
Entry-level fundraising salaries now range between £23,000 and £35,000. This is a huge barrier to many of our partner charities. Our average monthly retainer is £1,180 per month, but still this prices out some of the amazing small charities we exist to serve.

We can now only offer a few of these snapshot contracts per year. In September 2024 we have 16 spaces for small charities, churches or community groups to try our Trust Fundraising Starter Pack. Get in touch if you are interested.
What is our Trust Fundraising Starter Pack?
Our Trust Fundraising Starter Pack costs £2,950 + VAT. You will be assigned two staff members who will take you through the following between September and December this year:
Kick off meeting - We have a meeting to discuss your project(s) in depth and gather all the information needed to write a compelling case for support, which we use as a basis to complete funding applications.
Case for support formation - We put together a document that acts as the basis for all of our bespoke applications. This includes: the need, goals, objectives, solution, outputs, outcomes and impact of your project(s).
Project/organisational budget assessment - We work with your existing budget(s) to form the most compelling deficit that aligns with your case for support narrative.
Funder research - We complete a full funder research list for your project(s).
Applications out! - On this contract we are usually able to submit between ten and fifteen applications to the most appropriate funders on our research list.
Report - Everything we produce is delivered back to you and belongs to your organisation. We review our work, discuss our research and findings.
